There are several ways to pass on of to remove your goods. The "Reststoffencentrum" will arrange the transport and the removal of the administration. By filling in the form the administrative and logistic transactions will be done.
The revenues of the transactions will be put on you account by the "AdministratieKantoor".
When it concerns a personal computer the form has to be signed by the coordinator IT, Dhr. H. Verbiesen. Always print the form twice and keep a copy for yourself.
Safety- en environment information
If the goods still contain dangerous substances (including oil or coolants), it is necessary that these substances will be removed before transport. The "Reststoffencentrum" can help you with this. You can contact the "Reststoffencentrum" at 247 4343. By signing this agreement the new extern owner indemnifies the TU/e for all problems caused by the removal of the goods.
